Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of GateFlow services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GateFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You may use GateFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use the service to generate fraudulent or unauthorized access credentials
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@gateflow.io.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of payment for annual plans. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
GateFlow and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the service. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in GateFlow's intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GateFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, GateFlow, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
